Rotary dryer is widely used for drying materials in the industries of cemet, mine, contruction, chemical, food, compoud fertilizer, etc. Feeding and discharging unit is installed with thermocouple to control drier temperature. The temperature change of drier's feeding end can be indicated by the thermometer to control the inner drier temperature ( generally 250-350°C)

The auto-combustion device provides heat resource for our rotary drum dryer, which adopts down-flow heating method. When the mineral materials are fed into the cylinder, it flows down as a result of gravity. Meanwhile, they are repetitively scattered in the air so that they are in full contact with the hot air. The material is thus dried gradually.

The high temperature gas gets into the cylinder from the airheater. The materials were conveyed to the dryer by conveyor in constant speed. Due to the tilting and rotary of cylinder, the material along with the circumferential direction turning and is lifting by feed plate. Then materials get down and scattered along axial movement, high temperature gas get through and complete the heat transfer so as to achieve the purpose of drying.
